The mug of SAS threw me back to those days in SAS. I had a lot of memories there, good ones and of course bad ones. Okay, just forget about the bad ones and recall the good ones. I still remember I told my parents that I wanna continue for secondary study in SAS if I was able to score straight A's in my UPSR. And yeah I got it. I was happy like hell and ask for the application form from my primary school teacher with a few friends once I got my results. The process of applying may not be that easy. But finally I got it.
So I started my study there. The beginning was tough for me. Maybe the culture difference, I was from a Chinese school, the language used to be my barrier in a SMK. I couldn't understand their BM with Kedah slang, even when I talked to my friends, I spoke "Bahasa Baku". After a few months there, I could speak the Bahasa Kedah already! :P There are only around 30 Chinese per batch, whenever we had BC or moral classes, we had to gather at one class at the same time to have our lectures on.
Since my school is one of the best performance schools in my state, to maintain the performance in various examinations, the prinipal & teachers had trained us to be "A-scorers" x) We had tons of unfinished homework & unlimited classes, but when the output was excellent all those hard work was worth :D
Once you know SAS, you must know its marching band. I was not one of the members. Be one of them you must be excellent in academics as well so I did not join coz I worried I might fail one of it. Read the post about SASband :D
One word can describe my journey in SAS, A.W.E.S.O.M.E!
#Once an Asmarians, always an Asmarians.
PS : Gonna send my future daughters there too xD
